VÖLKEL COMPANY has taken over the asset, property and project management as well as leasing tasks for the newly acquired office ensemble at Frankfurterstr. 27 / Mergenthalerallee 47 in Eschborn for the BlueRock Group AG from Zurich and thus further expands the successful cooperation. The property consists of two buildings for currently twelve tenants, each with eight floors or a total of 14,995 sqm lettable area for office, storage as well as approx. 430 parking spaces. VÖLKEL COMPANY also conducted the technical due diligence and supported the acquisition.
BlueRock Group AG is already involved in many projects in Germany with several structured investment vehicles which are AIFMD regulated.
