We are currently evaluating some office buildings in excellent locations throughout major German cities with long-term tenants at reasonable prices. But as mentioned before, we are extremely picky which is why it might take some time until we can deliver a new investment opportunity in this segment.
Nonetheless, our main focus is currently on the Berlin residential market, where we are presently buying multi-family buildings at very attractive low prices with large value-add potential.
Overall, our focus lies on preserving the value of the investments that we acquired during the past decade. This principle applies to our new investments as well and we are therefore sticking to our cherry-picking approach and are optimistic that we will continue to deliver new attractive investment opportunities.
