The panel of judges at the Capital Finance International (CFI) magazine has granted BlueRock Group the award for »Best Boutique Real Estate Investment Solutions DACH 2020«. The award is presented annually to established boutiques in the real estate sector after thorough and in-depth evaluations, considering both quantitative and qualitative factors. The decisive factors were our aggregated track record over the past ten years, our unique offering of lean, direct, niche real-estate strategies along with transparency in the communication and structuring processes.
