The Swiss investment boutique BlueRock Group is selling its penultimate building in Denmark near the capital Copenhagen to a local Danish conglomerate. The Ørbæhårds Allé residential complex in Hørsholm has 12 flats for rent on approximately 1,260 m² and was built in 2001. The building complex is part of a portfolio of residential units in the Danish towns of Hørsholm and Vallensbæk with a total of 73 flats and terraced houses. Both towns are characterised by their good infrastructure. The BlueRock Group has now divested itself of the apartment complex, which is a joint venture with London-based Eurolinque Realty Uk Ltd. The sale was handled by Cushman & Wakefield | RED.
"Over the past year, we have focused on the German real estate market and intend to continue to do so in the future. We continue to buy office properties across Germany and remain active in Berlin's residential market. With the sale of the apartment complex in Hørsholm, we are divesting one of our smaller foreign projects and thus creating more capacity for planned investments in the real estate market in Germany," says Ronny Pifko, Managing Director of BlueRock Group.
Most recently, the investment company had acquired 20 residential properties in Berlin.
