BlueRock Group invested EUR 200m in multi-family buildings in central Berlin.
The investment objective of the portfolio is based on creating more living space in Berlin and correct missmanagement of the acquired buildings through renovation and improving of the quality of living.
The portfolio consists of 22 multi-family apartments buildings in central Berlin and is actively managed by BlueRock Group.
